Sharon Tay's shows don't last

Sharon TayIt was only last January that ex-Channel 5 anchor Sharon Tay landed a hosting gig at MSNBC. Well, TVNewswer reports today that MSNBC At the Movies and the "MSNBC Hot List" didn't take. They air for the last time the weekend of December 17. Tay has been missed around LAObserved—readership has almost doubled since she was here last, but a little more always helps. I'll be watching Ron Fineman's informative website to see if Tay returns to L.A. television just to annoy him. Today, by the way, Fineman traces Channel 2's special Sex Week feature from last week to general manager Don Corsini's instruction to the new staff to "sex it up" a little more. It appears they did.
