Dodgers zig back to the old school

After spinning through all the candidates they really wanted, the Dodgers today hired San Francisco Giants assistant Ned Colletti to be their general manager. The GIants have finished ahead of the Dodgers in eight of the last nine years. They have done it, however, largely on the amazing bat of Barry Bonds. Says unimpressed baseball blog 6-4-2: "Barry Bonds makes up for a lot of screwups."
