Send The Hulk into the jails

Maybe he can help with the riots. From Channel 4's website:

Lou Ferrigno, the former Mr. Universe and star of "The Incredible Hulk" television series, will be sworn in Monday night as a Los Angeles County reserve deputy sheriff.

The 53-year-old Ferrigno will graduate as a member of Sheriff's Reserve Academy class 105. He started training in September and will be required to serve at least 20 hours per month.
