Death threats an old story

You know the story going around today about threats against Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa over his immigration position? Jazmín Ortega had it April 14 as the lede in La Opinión, quoting the mayor saying he doesn't worry about the fanáticos who threaten him and other Latino officials. (Here's Google's stumbling robo-translation.) That same day, Jordan Davis picked up the La Opinión piece on KPCC news. Today on the CBS-2 website, Villaraigosa says "I have been threatened in the past and currently. It just comes with the turf."
