Left something out

An op-ed piece in Sunday's Daily Breeze chided the city of Hermosa Beach for fighting a drilling project by McPherson Oil Co. The Aesthetic thinks that the Breeze omitted a key fact in describing contributor Jonathan Wilcox as "a former speechwriter for California Gov. Pete Wilson [and] adjunct professor at the USC's Annenberg School for Communication." On the Annenberg website, he's identified as a vice president with Dezenhall Resources, a public relations firm known for its aggressive representation of industry clients against community groups.
