Spears is using celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, whose clients have included Angelina Jolie, Nick Lachey and Kiefer Sutherland. The papers confirm that Spears and Kevin Federline, the father of her two children, were not officially married until a couple of weeks after their supposed lavish wedding in September 2004.
