Galaxy fans hold their breath

creditDavid Beckham damaged a ligament in his right knee playing today in Madrid, and European media were full of reports that the injury is serious enough to keep him out of a big match tomorrow night and maybe for longer. The good news for the Los Angeles Galaxy and Anschutz Entertainment is that Beckham left the pitch under his own power, though clearly in pain. "It looks serious but I do not want to say how bad until the doctors do the scan," Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello said.
