Theme building Inspectors poking around to find out why a big piece of plaster fell off the Theme Building at LAX discovered pervasive rust damage. Encounter, the restaurant that occupies the landmark, was ordered closed Wednesday night. It could remain dark six months or more, LAX spokeswoman Nancy Castles told the Daily Breeze.
