'Changes in LAPD command staff' *

Mayor Villaraigosa, Chief William Bratton and police commission president John Mack have called a 3:30 news conference that the mayor's office bills as "to discuss changes in LAPD command staff" in the wake of the MacArthur Park embarrassment. Council President Eric Garcetti is also weighing in to the issue with a task force.
