N. Christian Anderson yields the publisher portion of his title to Marti Buscaglia, publisher of the Duluth News Tribune. She formerly worked at the Long Beach Press-Telegram and at La Opinión. Anderson will "focus on interactive media and other growth opportunities for the company." Romenesko has the Register memo.
