Steve Harvey's latest column of quirky bitsA portion of Reseda with large lots wants to rename itself Reseda Ranch to help fend off developers and instill some community pride. If the City Council agrees to let the neighborhood secede from plain-wrap Reseda, we can add Reseda Ranch to West Hills, North Hills, Valley Village and Lake Balboa as made-up names invented to change the image of a piece of the Valley.
