Pedophile McClellan nabbed at UCLA (twice) **

McClellanAdmitted pedophile Jack McClellan was arrested this afternoon lurking with a camera outside the Megan E. Daly Infant Development Program at UCLA. He is to be released by the UCLA police on his own recognizance after consultation with the Superior Court that issued a restraining order against him recently. McClellan is supposed to appear in court Sept. 13 to answer charges that he violated the order to keep away from children, and not to photograph any minors, anywhere in California. He is the self-professed pedophile who kept a website of photos he took but who has not been suspected of actually molesting any children, despite being spotted around kids several places in the Los Angeles area this summer. The Infant Development Program at UCLA serves youngsters aged three months to three years.

* Released: At 7:40 pm. CBS 2

** Re-arrested: After 10 pm by UCLA Police, while McClellan was talking to a Channel 5 camera crew. The station says he was taken in on suspicion of trespassing on the campus after his release.
