Oops, not his wife

creditI'm observing the holiday today — have been all weekend, actually — but I couldn't resist this. AP's photographer and caption writer can be excused for not knowing their local politics. But they caused a bit of a stir by labeling this pic from a Friday night bash as "Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, right, and his wife, Corina, arrive at the Peace Over Violence 36th Annual Humanitarian Awards dinner in Beverly Hills, Calif." No, the unhappy mayoral couple is not back together — as far as I've heard. And no, that's definitely not Corina. Somebody help me if I'm wrong, but I think that's the mayor's sister, Superior Court Judge Mary Lou Villar (appointed last year by Gov. Schwarzenegger.)
