Movie Issue returns at Los Angeles

Los Angeles does its annual movie issue for February, with Philip Seymour Hoffman and Julie Christie on the cover and a lineup inside that includes LA Observed's Mark Lacter challenging the notion that Hollywood is an indispensable part of the local economy, strike or no strike.
