Sale of KTLA site final

Channel 5 will remain at the Sunset Boulevard location indefinitely. The sale to Hudson Capital has been pending since last year and went through at $125 million. The familiar landmark beside the Hollywood Freeway was the home of Warner Bros. from 1919 until the studio departed Hollywood for Valleywood after taking over First National Studio in the late 1920s.
