KTLA property is sold

More money for Tribune to pare down that monster debt. Hudson Capital, which already owns Sunset Gower Studios, has purchased the Hollywood property that used to be the original Warner Bros. studio and is now the home of Channel 5. Purchase price, according to the LAT, is $125 million. It's the first major piece of real estate that Tribune has sold since Sam Zell took over last month. The sale to Hudson was pending since late last year. By the way, Hudson's managing partner is Victor Coleman, who used to be the No. 2 man at Arden Realty when Dick Ziman was running that show.
