L.A.'s dopest attorney still fighting

Allison MargolinAllison Margolin has changed up her look a bit since we last checked in, but not her tune. She has an Op-ed piece in today's Daily News arguing that medical marijuana dispensaries are in legal danger from prosecutors who "at their whims have continued to selectively prosecute operators of dispensaries as well as those cultivating marijuana." You may remember that after Margolin turned up here in 2006, she was featured in a front-page profile in the L.A. Times which in turn inspired blogger Jon Weisman to step off the Dodgers beat and defend the Harvard-schooled lawyer who aspired to pose nude in Playboy. Looks like a new website for Margolin as well.
