Media future

How tough is it out there?

It's so tough that journalists have stopped entering prize competitions. Recently the L.A. Press Club extended its deadline for contestants to submit entries to the entertainment awards. Now the California Chicano News Media Association sounds a tad desperate to spark interest in the 10th annual Ruben Salazar Journalism Awards:

Subject: Salazar Awards

As of today, we have only ONE entry for the Salazar Awards.

The deadline is in 3 weeks, March 13.

Please encourage colleagues to submit entries.

Attached is an entry form and a flyer to post.

Note that CCNMA has added a suffix to its name.
