The Lakers' guard who was hit with a flagrant foul in last night's physical game against the Rockets will miss game three in Houston. Fisher flattened the Rockets' Luis Scola in what pretty much all agreed was a message-sending shoulder check. Kobe Bryant was also assessed a lesser flagrant foul by the NBA office for an elbow to Ron Artest but won't be suspended.
