Nice L.A. custom search

You can now search the websites of Los Angeles County and all of the cities in the county simultaneously, using this custom Google search by Matthew Barrett of the MTA's Dorothy Peyton Gray Transportation Library & Archive. "Couldn't find a search engine like this, so I just did it," he tells me. "Handy for tracking down things common to all cities like general plans, transportation departments, etc." The library's daily roundup of transportation-related news and web items is pretty stellar too.
