A Los Angeles County Superior Court jury today assessed $370 million in damages against Guess? Inc. co-founder Georges Marciano for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress in a case involving ex-employees. At least according to the other side's PR reps. Marciano is, naturally, running for governor.
