Sam Zell's Tribune Company has a written agreement to sell the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field and other assets to the Ricketts family for about $900 million, says the Chicago Tribune. Zell has been trying to sell the baseball team ever since he took over the company. As has been well chronicled, he could use the money.
