City Council prez pro tem Jan Perry has released the city's map on street closures designed to keep the ticketless masses far away from the Michael Jackson memorial at Staples Center. Dakota Smith at Curbed LA puts it best: "Frankly, if this map doesn't stop those Europeans from boarding planes to Los Angeles, we don't know what will."
