There's too much chlorine smell in the L.A. tap water lately, blogs Atwater Village Newbie. He has collected Twitter reports from others as well. OK, maybe it's not the mysterious Westside stench, but AVN says a little research tells him If you can smell the chlorine, there's too much of it.
