Around since 1957, the stand on Evergreen in Boyle Heights is rightly famous for its burritos and more. Manny Rojas, the proprietor, is 75 now; the price has been lowered to $1.3 million. * Noted: The Rojas family lets me know that it's only the land for sale — and only if the buyer will let El Tepeyac stay on at least a 20-year lease.
