Want to buy an Eastside landmark? *

eltepeyacsign.jpgEl Tepeyac, the family-owned home of the Hollenbeck burrito, is up for sale. (The land, anyway. See below.) Around since 1957, the stand on Evergreen in Boyle Heights is rightly famous for its burritos and more. Manny Rojas, the proprietor, is 75 now; the price has been lowered to $1.3 million. * Noted: The Rojas family lets me know that it's only the land for sale — and only if the buyer will let El Tepeyac stay on at least a 20-year lease.
