Some green advice for Villaraigosa

Mark Gold, the president of Heal the Bay, posted a blog item today with his three biggest green initiatives that Mayor Villaraigosa should undertake. Think sustainability, water and low-impact development.

Imagine a trash-free L.A. River, Ballona Creek and Machado Lake. Imagine beaches that are safe for swimming year round. Imagine rivers and lakes that aren’t toxic to aquatic life.
