'Stun gun bandit' nabbed for robbing his own bank branch

Lester Robert Evans, a 68-year-old who lives Downtown, was arrested by the LAPD on suspicion of robbing the bank branch where he has an account. As part of the investigation, police also came to suspect Evans was the robber who used a stun gun on a store clerk after she had given him the cash.
