Dodgers watch Gagne throw *

eric-gagne-topbuzz.jpgEric Gagne, the Dodgers' last great relief pitcher, didn't play in the majors last year and hasn't been anything special since 2005. But assistant general manager Logan White watched Gagne throw recently in Arizona and the team's now considering bringing him to spring training, which opens soon. Gagne's likely only chance for a job is in middle relief, says ESPN's Tony Jackson.

Add sports: The Clippers traded Marcus Camby to Portland.
