Burbank teacher turns herself in for sex with 14-year-old

Amy Beck is 33 and a sixth-grade teacher at Jordan Middle School in Burbank. She surrendered to Burbank Police yesterday afternoon with her lawyer and is being held on $400,000 bail, says The 818 Now, the news blog of the Burbank Leader. "We’re still trying to piece everything together, what happened, where, what kind of sex acts, how many, and how long it’s been going on,” said a police spokesman. “She walked in with her attorney...and said, ‘Hey, I came to surrender for what I did.’”
