Fabian Nuñez's son pleads guilty in San Diego

Esteban Nuñez, 21, the son of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nuñez, and a co-defendant had faced a murder charge in the 2008 stabbing death of a college student outside a fraternity party in San Diego. In a plea deal, the defendants pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and assault. The judge ordered the men taken into custody and he indicated they will likely be sentenced to prison.
