In recent years the pre-game celebrity "game" has been softball — here's the one where Mayor Vilaraigosa made his first appearance. Names signed up for August 7 include Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Billy Crystal, Kevin James, Joe Mantegna, Rob Reiner, Jack Black and Sean Astin, the Dodgers' release says.
