Courtroom scene for Bell 8

Arraignment is coming up for the eight current and former city of Bell officials who were arrested yesterday. "LA courtroom hallway jammed with friends, family, lawyers, bail bonds men, activists and media waiting for arraignment of Bell 8," Fox 11's Gigi Graciette just tweeted. Eric Spillman at KTLA follows: "Reporters now being allowed to enter court for arraignment of Bell 8. Hearing to start soon?"
