Bell's Rizzo out on bail

KFI News tweeted shortly after midnight that former Bell city administrative officer Robert Rizzo had posted bail and been released from jail. He said nothing as he walked to a waiting car. Rizzo had gotten the OK from a judge on Wednesday to put up assets for his bail of about $2 million. He was arrested Sept. 21 as part of the DA's raid on past and current Bell officials.
