Figure on the long way to Big Bear

If you have any plans to hit Big Bear or Running Springs this winter, you will be going the long way around. Highway 330 up from San Bernardino is going to be closed awhile — probably all winter. Even then, you may not want to take your chances. "At least one section of the road is completely gone," says the KPCC report.
