Kung Pao Kitty closing

kung-pao-kitty-patch.jpgFriday is the last day for the Hollywood Boulevard restaurant and bar that the new AOL Patch Hollywood says helped clean up a blighted stretch of the street. The owners cite the economy, lack of parking and the need for a change for shutting down.

Noted: Hollywood Patch went live today with a story fingering Hollywood Farmers Market employees for some of the uproar over the market's threatened loss of its city permit. The Hollywood Patch editor is Anna Bakalis, formerly of the Ventura County Star. David Markland, the former editor of LA Metblogs, is a contributor. He nominates Larry King to be the honorary mayor of Hollywood.
