Pacific Ocean Park in 1967, with dancers and Nancy Sinatra

If you never saw the short-lived but very popular amusement park that was at the Ocean Park end of Santa Monica Beach until 1967 — or want to see it again — check out this Nancy Sinatra music video. (The song is "Who Will Buy.") P-O-P, as everyone called it, was also the location for the last episode of the TV series "The Fugitive." Hat tip to Hidden L.A. on the video.

Also: Here's a three-minute video from 1959 introducing POP and some of its rides.
