Sky Daniels to run KCSN in the Valley *

KCSN, the FM station from Cal State Northridge, has a new program director. Sky Daniels, formerly of the late KMET and other stations, has also been a label executive at Universal Music and Sony Music, national vice president for entertainment for Best Buy, and general manager for the trade publication Radio & Records. The station airs at 88.5, currently in the Adult Album Alternative format.

* Added media note: Joe Howry, editor and vice president of the Ventura County Star, announced he will retire on June 30.
