KCET's "Socal Rewind" takes a nostalgic look at the maneuvering and speechifying by city officials and bizguys desperate to get pro football back to L.A. in the late 90s. They wound up being upstaged by a better deal in Houston. Moral of the story: When dealing with the NFL, don't ever assume anything.
