Rebels in Tripoli, Saif Al-Islam captured, regime in 'final hours' *

European capitals are calling on Moammar Gaddafi to leave immediately, but he remains publicly defiant. * 3 p.m. update: Mohammed Gaddafi, another son, has surrendered, Al Jazeera English reports on its live blog.

3:14 p.m.: Gaddafi goes on on state TV calling on tribes by name, "all the men and women," to march to Tripoli to defend the capital from enslavement. It's the third or fourth time Gaddafi has spoken in the last hour or so.
