City Maven marks one year

MavBODY_HIGHres-93x300.jpgCity Maven, the City Hall news website started by Alice Walton, is a year old today. It's has been a welcome addition from day one, actually reporting on City Hall moves and politics without rants, hidden agendas or anonymous comments. Here's our story from when she started. Walton has recently added the City Maven name to a weekly web radio show she co-hosts with Brendan Huffman on Thursdays on L.A. Talk Radio, and has begun to branch out for deeper reported stories from the field such as this one yesterday on the DWP's big new reservoir project in the Valley.
