LA Observed on KCRW: Buscaino and Furutani in CD 15

For my weekly radio segment today during All Things Considered on KCRW, I talked a little about Tuesday's election (finally) in the harbor area and South Los Angeles to replace Rep. Janice Hahn on the City Council. I may go out tomorrow night just to see how many City Hall types make the pilgrimage to San Pedro hoping to be seen with the winner. Joe Buscaino's people will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Warren Furutani's gathering will be at the Holiday Inn on South Vermont Avenue in the Harbor Gateway area.
