Madonna's stalker arrested near hospital he left

Robert Hoskins, the violently psychotic former prison inmate who served time for stalking Madonna, was arrested today near the Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk. He had left the hospital last week and the LAPD put out word yesterday that he was to be considered dangerous.
