Bestsellers of the week: SoCal vs. Northern California

These are the top ten bestsellers in independent bookstores in Southern California and Northern California through sales of Sunday. We like Jonathan Kellerman and Anne Rice, they like Stephen King and Jeffrey Eugenides. Or more likely, a lot of the sales were driven by book readings and signings last week.
