Kings head east to begin the Stanley Cup final

quick-jersey.jpgThe Los Angeles Kings practiced over the weekend before large crowds at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo then flew east on Monday. They open the final round of the Stanley Cup playoffs against the New Jersey Devils on Wednesday. The national (and Canada) television schedule for the series follows. All games start at 5 p.m. Los Angeles time.

Game 1 in New Jersey - Wednesday, May 30
5 p.m. PT - NBC, CBC, RDS

Game 2 in New Jersey - Saturday, June 2
5 p.m. PT - NBC, CBC, RDS

Game 3 in Los Angeles - Monday, June 4

Locally, the Kings will be on the radio on flagship station KTLK AM 1150 for each game, with announcers Nick Nickson and Daryl Evans. AM 570 Fox Sports LA will simulcast Game 2. The radio affiliates around Southern California where the games can be heard:

Kings TV announcers Bob Miller and Jim Fox are shut out of the game coverage. But they will host a live post-game show on Fox Sports West or Prime Ticket after all games, as they did during the previous round of the playoffs.
