$50,000 reward offered in slaying of Jim Rainey's brother

The City Council has approved a $50,000 reward for information on the May 31 murder of chiropractor Robert Rainey at his office in Palms. He was apparently followed into his office in the morning. His wallet was missing.

James Rainey, the media writer at the Los Angeles Times, spoke this morning about his brother at a press conference at the scene. Video from Culver City Patch:
