No undocumented at Jenni Rivera memorial at CityWalk?

For free attendance at Wednesday morning's Gibson Amphitheatre service, LiveNation is requiring fans to have both a credit card and a photo ID. Says the OC Weekly: "Since there's a lot of young, undocumented and working poor who don't have credit cards and/or a matching photo ID to gain entrance, they won't be able to even attempt to be a part of the final farewell."

But what about those who don't have credit cards or an ID that matches, or both? The Weekly has put the question to Live Nation and awaits their response.

USC faculty member and cultural observer Josh Kun on Twitter:

I have a ticket to the Jenni memorial only because I have a credit card and web access. #LiveNation #CulturalFail

It's the privatization and politicization of mourning.
