AP said arrest in Boston imminent, Justice Dept. says no *

The wire service reported this morning that a suspect has been taken into custody and will likely be brought into court. The Boston Globe also reported based on an official source that an arrest was imminent of a suspect identified using cellphone photos and videos of a man carrying and possibly dropping a backpack. As of 11:45, the Justice Department is saying there is no suspect and no one in custody.
