Most ridiculous palm weed ever?

This fan palm is trying to poke out of a storm drain in Altadena. Some will congratulate the hardy future tree for its survival pluck, but you know, once it pushes up and through the grate and turns into a 25-foot "tree," it will still be ugly and not add a thing to Altadena's treescape or beauty.
