Joshua Tree National Park's trees are dying off, the L.A. Times reports. "The short-term prognosis is that a large percentage of the Joshua trees will die in the park," says a desert ecologist. But it's OK, says reporter Janet Wilson: "the species will probably rebound in 100 to 200 years." Well, OK then.
