Blogs is "impressed that the blogs seem to be truly personal accounts and not shills for their stations."

In other local blogger news, Cathy Seipp writes at National Review Online about the "Instalanche" of visitors and comments that resulted when her 14-year-old daughter, who blogs as Cecile DuBois, posted an item conservative enough to get a mention by the high-traffic political blogger Instapundit.

Also: blog is the word of the day at OED Online.
